The Trevor Project has partnered with Toyota Financial and REVRY, the world’s first and only global LGBTQ+ streaming platform, to present this important event to the world through REVRY’s innovative live streaming technology. “We’re incredibly grateful for the support Toyota Financial and REVRY are providing for TrevorLIVE LA, with their help we’re able to broadcast our show to the entire world, bringing it in front of LGBTQ+ youth everywhere,” said Amit Paley, CEO and Executive Director of the Trevor Project.
“We have long been a supporter of the amazing good that Trevor does for LGBTQ+ people through its support services, resources, and awareness campaigns about the risks of suicide within our community,” said REVRY CEO, Damian Pelliccione. “We wanted to use our platform to help spread the message to all at-risk youth that no matter where you are or how you identify, everyone should know that they are loved and supported.”
The Trevor Project relies on the generosity of friends to ensure LGBTQ+ youth have access to a safe place in a time of crisis. 80 cents of every dollar donated to The Trevor Project is directly spent on programming efforts to #saveyounglives. Viewers can engage socially with hashtags #TrevorLIVE, #saveyounglives, and #REVRY.
The TrevorLIVE 2017 show can be watched this Sunday, December 3, 2017, across REVRY’s Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter. Anyone who misses the stream can watch the show on REVRY’s mobile, online, and OTT-based platform for free starting in early December.
